Hello Beautiful from Pedal Palette!

Hello, my friends, I hope you’re well today!

I have been an extremely busy lady preparing for my youngest son to graduate from high school, end of year Award Ceremony’s, Banquet planning for FFA and graduation in two weeks definitely needed some relaxation and card therapy!

The card base is pool party 5 1/2″ x 4 1/4″ I embossed the front of the card using the Swirls & Curls Embossing Folder.

Stamp the ROSE from the Pedal Palette with Versamark on a scrap piece of Whisper White cardstock, emboss using White embossing powder then heat set using the heat tool. Then using the coordinating Petals & More Thinlits Dies cut the Roses out. I colored in the ROSES using the Pineapple Punch and Pool Party Stampin Blends

Stamp the “Hello Beautiful” sentiment from the Butterfly Gala stamps set using Coastal Cabana ink, are using paper snips cut out around the sentiment then use dimensionals a pop it up onto the embossed ROSES. Then tied a bow using the Polka-dot Tulle Ribbon add your ROSES and sentiment with dimensionals to the front of the card attached the bow with glue dots.

I now stamped six butterflies using Mango Melody, then punch them out using the coordinating Duet Punch, use an Aqua Painter and some Coastal Cabana add to the edge of the butterfly wings. Then fold the butterflies in half put a little glue on the end of each wing and attach them together, I then glued it to the center of the inside of the card when you open it the butterflies expand. I took a few of the smaller butterflies and added them to the inside as well.

It’s a pretty quick and simple card with a little bit of intrigue. I hope you enjoyed!
