Howdy Folks!! Well “County Livin” is the Life for me.

Hoping everyone is well.  It is almost Fair time here in Richmond, Tx  so County Thank you cards are in order. Today I was playing around with the County Livin’ Stamp set and the new Buffalo Check back round stamp from the New Holiday Catalog.  I love the Wood Textures Designer Series paper, I thought it was a perfect accent for a county theme Thank you.

I created this card using crumb cake as a base the the next layer was also crumb cake which I then layered a piece of the Wood Textures Designer Series paper  I  stamped the bottom portion with Cherry Cobbler and the  Buffalo Check stamp. The sentiment is from the Patel Palette stamp set, stamped with Soft Suede ink then I used the small oval of the Stitched Shapes Framlits popped it up on dimensional. The Cowboy boots are embossed with black powder on water color paper then I used a aqua pen to color using Soft Suede, Crumb Cake, Smoky Slate and Balmy Blue for the sky. I then die cut with the same framlits using the large square, popped up on dimensional . I lightly sponged around the cowboy boots and the sentiment with crumb cake. To accent the card I added a little of the crumb cake twine from the  Nature’s Twine  to create a lasso and decorative knot.
