Team Stamp It August Blog Hop Fall Theme!!

Welcome to our Team Stamp It August Blog Hop ! Thank you for joining us this month, even though it is still hot out side I am ready for some cool fall weather so to get in the mood creating fall cards reminds me of cool crisp fall days soon to come!

I was able to preorder from the 2018 Holiday Catalog and what a treat that was , there is so many wonderful items in this years catalog ! One of my many items I preordered  is the Detailed Leaves thinlits dies, Merry Christmas thinlit dies and Tin Tile dynamic textured impressions embossing folder  which I used to create this card.

Cuts:

Crumb Cake           5 1/2 x 8 1/2    scored at 4 1/4

Pumpkin Pie          5 1/4 x 4 1/8

Very Vanilla           5 x 4  plus scrap for sponging and sentiment

Mossy Meadow     3 1/8 x  3 1/8

Daffodil Delight    scrap

Copper Foil            scrap

To create this card I first embossed the very vanilla with the tin tile embossing folder sponged it with crumb cake ink. Then I used daffodil delight , mossy meadow, cajun craze to sponge a piece of very vanilla, I cut out the leaves with the  Detailed  Leaves thinlits dies. I glued the large leave onto the daffodil delight large square (created with Stitched shapes Framelits).  Sentiment was stamped on a scrap of very vanilla with Crumb Cake ink I used the thinlit from the Merry Christmas dies to create this banner , I then cut a second piece using copper foil to place behind the sentiment for a little pop. Tied a little twine around the smaller leaves a attached to the sentiment banner, added copper ribbon and bow .
